How do I communicate with the agent handling my ticket?
Reply via email
You will receive email notifications regarding your ticket and you can reply to the email directly. Your reply will be recorded on the ticket.

1. Navigate to https://servicedesk.sdi.edu and login
2. Near the bottom of the home page, select the ticket from the Open Tickets section
3. Type your response in the Your Reply section and click Send
