Campus Nexus Frozen
Symptom/Issue:
The desktop client freezes and leaves you stuck on a students profile page. Restarting the app just brings you back to the same page.
Workaround:
If you wait, the session will eventually time out and you can log back in.
Alternatively, you can try this:
1. Look for the Campus Nexus icon on your Start Bar and make sure it's the active window (indicated by the highlight) - if it's not highlighted, click the icon on the Start Bar
2. Press Control + Alt + Windows key + Delete on your keyboard
3. A blue window will appear, click Task Manager
4. Select CampusVue and then End task
5. Go to the Citrix Workspace page in your web browser
6. Click the gear icon and choose Logoff
7. Close the tab
You can now open Campus Nexus again and it should be unstuck
