Campus Nexus - Page header/footer error on reports

Problem: When running reports, you receive an error about the Page Header or Footer being too large for the page

Issue: This is caused by a resolution mismatch between your computer and Campus Nexus desktop

Solution: Follow these steps to change the resolution for Campus Nexus desktop

1. Close Campus Nexus

2. Right-click the Citrix Workspace icon (located near the date/time on your Start Bar)

3. Choose Advanced Preferences

4. Select High DPI

5. Change this setting to one of the other 2 options

6. Click Save and relaunch Campus Nexus

(If the error still appears or the text is difficult to read, repeat the above steps and test the other option)
