Mobile Outlook app

Follow these steps to use the Outlook app on a mobile device.

You will need the official Microsoft app, please verify that the says it's from Microsoft Corporation.

Download the app on your phone from the appropriate link:

iPhone - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-outlook/id951937596

1. Open the Outlook app on your phone

2. Choose Add Account

3. The app will search for email accounts on your phone and display them here:

If you see your email account, make sure it says Microsoft 365 below it. Make sure that email is checked to the right and choose Continue and follow the prompts.

If you do not see your email listed or it says Gmail underneath, click Skip at the bottom and follow the next steps

4. Enter your SDI email and click Continue

5. If you come to a Google sign-in page, click Not Google? at the bottom

6. Choose Change account provider

7. Select Microsoft 365

8. Follow the prompts to sign in with your Microsoft account
